Refund Policy:

At Help With Extortion, We usually start performing Services upon receiving 100% (one hundred percent) advance payment for the Services. 
However, because each individual matters, in certain instances, We (Responsible Person for rendering of services) may, at its own discretion, initiate performance of Services before full payment is made, upon receiving a 50% (fifty percent) down payment. Such practice of postponement of payment is exceptional rather than ordinary and in no way creates expectation or reliance by the Client.
By engaging into our services, You, the Client, confirm that You understand that once the payment has been submitted and Responsible Person has been engaged to perform Services, any refunds or cancellation requests will be handled as follows:
i. in case Responsible Person had agreed to start Services’ performance before receiving 100% advance payment for the Services, and the Client performed a downpayment under the clause described above, such downpayment will not be refundable.
ii. In case of 100% advance payment for the Services, if the Client decides that he/she does no longer require the Services of Responsible Person for any reason, the Client might be eligible :
  • For a refund up to 50 % (fifty percent) of prepaid amount within the first day after prepayment, provided that no work has been done. However, if work has already begun, the refund amount will be reflected based on the Services performed, and the Client might be eligible for a refund of up to 25 % (twenty-five percent).
  • For a refund up to 25 % (twenty-five percent) of prepaid amount within the second day after prepayment, the refund amount will be reflected based on the Services that have already been performed.
  • For a refund up to 15 % (fifteen percent) of prepaid amount within the third day after prepayment, the refund amount will be reflected based on the Services that have already been performed.
iii. In the event when a refund request is made three days after the prepayment was made, no refund or a refund of up to 10 percent may be done at the discretion of Responsible Person, as by this time Responsible Person has already faced considerable expenses in preparing to perform and rendering Services. This might include, without limitations, retaining the services of cyber intelligence specialists , investing significant time to examine the Client’s subject matter, analyze and access all the risks and formulate necessary tactics and strategies for the Client. This list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible expenses incurred.
