5.1. The Website and the Services are intended to be appropriate for general audiences and are not directed to children (usually considered to be under 13, depending on where the User resides). 5.5. Parent and legal guardians are encouraged to discuss with their children the importance of Personal Data protection. A child, parent/legal guardian will not be required to provide more information than is reasonably necessary for duly performance of Services.

6. RETENTION PERIODS

6.1. 6.2. You may request us to remove Your Personal Data by contacting out team at public.relations@helpwithextortion.com. As long as we do not have the legal basis for processing of Your Personal Data or to comply with any relevant laws and regulations, Your Personal Data will be removed at Your request.

6.3. We will process Your Personal Data no longer than it is necessary to comply with regulatory or legal obligations, including under tax and security laws. You understand that is such case the legal basis for processing of Your Personal Data would be compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
